Fawad A. is a chemical engineer and PhD researcher specialising in energy optimisation, process modelling and industrial decarbonisation. His doctoral research focuses on understanding energy use in manufacturing and identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency through advanced modelling and analysis.
With an MSc in Bioprocess Engineering, Fawad brings expertise in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, computational fluid dynamics and process optimisation. His experience includes teaching support in Energy Management Systems, strengthening his understanding of how organisations can assess energy performance and pursue continuous improvement.
He founded Helvetra Systems to connect carbon accounting with practical engineering solutions. His approach combines energy analysis, process understanding and data to help businesses identify inefficiencies, prioritise investment and achieve measurable reductions in energy consumption and carbon emissions.
His vision is to make effective energy management and industrial decarbonisation accessible through technically sound, commercially focused solutions.
